February 24 is a special date for us - it marks the day we started dating in 2021, the day we got engaged in 2026, and it will be the day we get married in 2027.

The Bahamas is equally as special of a place to us - it's where we took our first vacation, where we became engaged, and of course where we will be celebrating our wedding!

We both agree that our first date was one of the most memorable first dates you could ever ask for. We visited a restaurant on the water in Fells Point, Baltimore called Barcocina where 3 hours flew by as we got to know each other. What makes the date especially memorable is that we both had intentions of pursuing a serious relationship at the outset, which led us to having deep and excellent conversations about what we see for our future selves, what we hoped and expected from a relationship, and aligning on views and values about life.

One of our favorite things to do together and that we hope to continue doing through our married life is to travel. We have been fortunate in the past yearly 6 years together to have traveled and explored many beautiful places together. It started with that first trip to the Bahamas, and since we have been able to travel to so many places - from New York to Hawaii, Hungary to California, and many places in between. We have a long list of places to visit, and we couldn't be more excited to have each other as travel partners forever!
